FAQ

Questions we hear a lot.

Can you really turn new pricing around in 2 weeks?
Two weeks gets you to a decision, not a completed migration. Our agents compress the data and simulation work from months to days. Our humans focus on strategy and judgment calls. Moving your existing book takes the following six weeks. We've run 47 engagements on this cadence.

What data do you need from us?
Product usage, customer list, contracts, and whatever ROI signals you track. We handle the plumbing via Segment, your CRM, and secure data rooms. SOC 2 Type II.

Who owns the deliverables?
You do, fully. Pricing page copy, sales decks, spec documents, everything is yours. Our agents' context graph lives on your data (not training), and is deleted at engagement end.

What makes Atlas different?
Depth of data and speed to launch. We deliver a launch-ready pricing kit in 2 weeks, built on your actual product data rather than industry benchmarks. Our agents are trained on 10,000 pricing changes across 1,200 AI and SaaS companies. Our humans focus on strategy and judgment.

What if we're an AI-native company?
You're our sweet spot. Token economics, inference cost modeling, credit vs. outcome pricing, and hybrid models for AI products are where our agents shine, especially Izzy on pricing strategy, Bronte on unit economics, and Ren on ROI narrative.

Can we actually charge for outcomes?
Sometimes. It depends on whether the outcome is observable in a system you already have, and whether your buyer will agree on the definition before signing. The Outcome Readiness Audit answers both against your real history rather than a hypothetical.

Who decides whether the outcome happened?
Today, usually your customer, during an invoice dispute. That is the whole problem with outcome pricing. We define the outcome, name the systems of record that prove it, and log the evidence trail so the answer is settled before anyone opens a ticket.

How much of our executive team's time does this take?
Plan for 8–10 hours of executive time across the 2 weeks, mostly concentrated in kickoff and the decision session in week two. Your team also introduces 5–7 customers for interviews. Agents handle the rest.

Do you guarantee a revenue lift?
No. Anyone who does is lying. We guarantee a launch-ready, data-backed pricing model in 2 weeks. Average lift across past engagements is +38% ARR in the first year, but your result depends on product fit and rollout execution. We'll tell you honestly in the audit if we don't think we can move the number.

What is the Outcome Readiness Audit?
A two-week check on whether you can actually charge for outcomes. We define the outcome, test whether it's measurable and attributable in your production data, validate it with customers, and write the contract spec. You get a straight go / no-go, and the fee is credited toward a Pricing Overhaul if you move forward.

What if we're not ready for outcome-based pricing?
We'll say so. Most teams that fail the audit fail on measurement, not on appetite: the outcome exists but isn't instrumented or attributable yet. In that case we'll recommend the hybrid model to run now and the instrumentation to build toward outcomes later.
